Meet Primer
The University of Massachusetts women’s cross country team will be in action this Saturday as they head to Dayton, Ohio for the Atlantic 10 Championships. The Women’s Championship 6K will start at 10:50 a.m. from the Elvin R. King XC Course. The Minutewomen came in seventh out of 15 teams in last year’s Atlantic 10 Championships in Mechanicsville, Virginia. UMass finished with a score of 194 while Loyola Chicago won the meet with 54 points. Eugenia Fairhurst was the top runner for the Minutewomen, coming in 19th with a time of 17:57.5.
