Recently, NC Newsline listened in as a pair of Duke University experts — Deondra Rose, a professor of public policy and political science, studies voter behavior and Professor Kerry Haynie, a Duke political scientist who specializes in southern politics — shared their observations on how the actions of the General Assembly in 2023 could impact elections in 2024.
