Goar named to Citadel dean’s
CHARLESTON, S.C. — Asher Goar of Anderson is among the more than 900 cadets and students recognized for their academic achievements during the spring 2023 semester.
The dean’s list is a recognition given to cadets and students who are registered for 12 or more semester hours and whose grade point average is 3.20 or higher, with no grade of I (incomplete) and no grade below C for work in a semester.
Jones on Honor Roll at Oregon State
CORVALLIS, Ore. — Spencer K. Jones of Anderson has been named to the Scholastic Honor Roll for Summer 2023 at Oregon State University.
A total of 3,385 students earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the honor roll, students must carry at least six graded hours of course work.
Jones is a junior majoring in natural resources.
