Lovcik served most recently as the chief financial officer of global products, global supply chain and global financial planning and analysis for Johnson Controls, Trex said.

Prior to that, she held multiple senior financial roles during a 20-year career at Medtronic.

Trex disclosed in a securities filing that Lovcik will receive an annual base salary of $540,000, which will be prorated for 2023, and be eligible for incentive compensation. She also will receive a $300,000 cash signing bonus.
