RAPID CITY, S.D. – Join Girl Scouts at the BIG Event on Saturday, October 14 from 1:00pm-4:00pm MST at Western Dakota Tech in Rapid City, SD.
The BIG Event is an opportunity to see how science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) related activities can be applied in the career field. STEM experiences help develop critical thinking skills, increase science literacy, and cultivate our next generation of innovators.
This Believe In Girls (BIG) Event introduces girls of every age and their families to STEM and helps them take action to change the world – whether they’re programming robots, building a bridge, learning code, caring for animals or piloting a flight simulator. Attendees work at their own pace through the different activities.
