Springfield advances to Class A state football semifinals | News, Sports, Jobs

JORDAN – The Springfield Tigers defeated Fillmore Central 22-12 on Friday night in the Class A State Football Tournament Quarterfinals at Jordan High School.

The Tigers trailed 12-8 at halftime and scored 14 unanswered points to take down the Falcons and earn a trip to the state semifinals at 9 a.m. next Saturday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
