Special Presidential Envoy for Climate Kerry’s Travel to Singapore

Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry will travel to Singapore between November 10 and 12 to advance U.S. objectives on climate and clean energy. This is one of several trips by cabinet-level officials to the Indo-Pacific in the lead-up to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Week in San Francisco. Secretary Kerry will hold meetings with the Prime Minister and ministers to discuss efforts under the U.S.-Singapore Climate Partnership. He will speak at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum and meet with private sector leaders to encourage accelerated climate action on the road to the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28).
