PANAMA — Sarah Harvey had 12 kills, three digs and three aces as Panama locked up the outright Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 West title with a 25-13, 25-9, 25-15 sweep of Forestville on Monday evening.

Kylie Morgan had seven kills, a block and two aces; Kiera Loberg had two kills, 20 assists and an ace; and Corinne Hovey had five digs, a kill and five aces for Panthers, who improved to 15-1 overall and 13-0 in the division with the win.

Panama will look to complete a perfect league season Wednesday at home against Brocton.

Carilene Sliwa had a kill, two blocks, three digs and an ace, while Megan Gruber had a kill, two blocks and a dig for the Hornets (4-12, 2-10).

THUNDERBIRDS OUTLAST WOLVES

MAYVILLE — Bre Smith had 13 kills and five aces as Chautauqua Lake beat Clymer/Sherman 25-22, 25-12, 27-29, 25-11 in Division 2 West action.

Brynn Engdahl had eight kills, two aces and 12 digs; Jeanine Group had eight kills and five digs; Noli Paddock had seven kills, three digs and two blocks; Ava Olson had six kills, three aces, 18 digs and 28 assists; Karagan Fairbank had six kills, 17 digs and 18 assists; and Alice Scarpine had 12 digs for the Thunderbirds (11-2, 11-2).

Ericka Heslink had 12 digs; Lily Martin had three kills and 11 digs; and Alexys Neckers had 10 kills and 17 digs for the Wolves (8-7, 7-6)

Chautauqua Lake won the jayvee match.

GOLDEN FALCONS SWEEP

FALCONER — Ashley Smith had eight kills and two blocks as Falconer swept Fredonia 25-14, 25-19, 25-8 in Division 1 West play.

Hannah Melquist had 16 assists and 11 kills; Mylie Zaranek had four kills, five digs and three aces; and Augustine Krenzer had four kills, eight digs and four aces for the Golden Falcons (14-2, 10-2).

Kaylen Rollins had six kills, two aces and five digs; Elizabeth Morris had four kills, three aces and four digs; and Lydia LaBarr had three kills, six digs and an ace for the Hillbillies (4-10, 4-8).

COUGARS TAKE DOWN RED DRAGONS

ELLERY — Emiley Anderson had seven kills, six aces, eight assists and three blocks for Cassadaga Valley in a 22-25, 25-18, 14-25, 25-23, 15-13 defeat of Maple Grove in Division 2 West.

Hailey Anderson had three aces, two kills and three assists, while Hailey Myers had three kills for the Cougars (2-13, 2-9).

Lily Benedetto had five aces, three kills and eight digs; Hannah Benson had four aces, four kills and nine digs; Hayley Johnson had three aces, five kills and a block; Harper Dawes had two aces, five kills and five blocks; and Bayley Godfrey had 14 assists for the Red Dragons (5-10, 4-9).

EAGLES RALLY PAST GATORS

ELLICOTTVILLE — Natalee Leiper had 13 kills and 13 digs while Riley Whitmer also had 13 kills as Ellicottville rallied past nonleague Allegany-Limestone 10-25, 23-25, 25-15, 25-18, 15-6.

Cora Norton had 10 kills, 13 digs and four aces; Dalayla Alexander had 17 digs, two kills and two aces; and Ande Northrup had 29 assists, 13 digs, two kills and an ace for the Eagles (12-6, 7-5).

The Gators, who are 6-6 in CCAA Division 1 West, fell to 8-7 overall.

BESTINE SHINES

BROCTON — Tanleigh Bestine had seven kills, 22 assists, eight digs, five aces and three blocks for Westfield in a 23-25, 25-12, 25-14, 25-14 Division 2 West defeat of Brocton.

Keara Kincaid had 15 kills, four digs and two aces; Eva Gnadzinski had seven kills; and Sydney Hotchkiss had 13 digs and five aces for the Wolverines (11-4, 9-4).

Evie Morrison had two aces, five assists, four kills, a dig and five blocks; Andrea Spiller had an ace, four assists, four kills, a dig and six blocks; Michael Matos had three aces, a kill and six digs; and Grace Lundin had six digs for the Bulldogs (7-12, 4-9).
