Over 300 cited for DUI in recent holiday travel activity report, per Ga. officials

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Georgia Department of Public Safety shared updated numbers in their holiday travel period counts. They said 346 have been cited for DUI’s and 572 have been given seatbelt citations.

[ORIGINAL STORY] The Georgia Department of Public Safety just released their activity report ahead of Labor Day. They have already cited over 400 people for not having on their seatbelt and almost 300 DUI’s and distracted driving have also been reported.
