The Minot High football team overcame a 24-7 deficit in the third quarter, outscoring West Fargo Sheyenne 40-6 over the final two quarters, Friday Nov. 3, to advance to the Dakota Bowl. The Magi defeated the Mustangs, 47-30. Minot will play undefeated and defending state champions, Fargo Davies at the Fargo Dome with a 6:40 p.m. kickoff, Friday, Nov. 10. The Friday night win avenges Minot’s lone loss of the season.
