Beth Fremal joined Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office as a partner in the real estate practice group, the firm announced Wednesday.
Fremal directs legal operations for real estate and finance matters, covering acquisitions, sales, commercial lending, securitization, and structured finance transactions. Her practice focuses on advising clients through complex deals nationwide, the firm said.
She joins from her role as general counsel for a national real estate investment company.
