Celtics, Jazz facing off in Utah – NBC Sports Boston

Date:

The Boston Celtics hope to get back on track Tuesday night when they take on the Jazz in Utah.

Boston is coming off a loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday that snapped a four-game win streak. Turnovers (19, including six in the fourth quarter) and rebounding woes ultimately doomed the C’s as they were outscored 59-45 in the second half of the 114-108 defeat.

Jaylen Brown did his part in the losing effort, scoring 37 points to notch his ninth straight game with at least 30. That tied him with Celtics legend Larry Bird for the franchise record.

The Celtics and Jazz last met Nov. 3 at TD Garden, where Utah beat Boston 105-103.
