CCRA Travel Commerce Network unveiled new training and development programs for TRUE accredited agencies.
The new programs, CCRA said, are designed to help its TRUE member agencies and their advisors grow.
Advisors can get answers to their questions with the Office Hours series and one-to-one professional consultation.
With Office Hours, the TRUE member services team will hold an open, live and interactive session during lunchtime, where agencies can seek answers and advice about their business. The same team will offer advisors personalized, one-on-one guidance at scheduled times.
Monthly educational and supplier webinars are also on tap for TRUE member agencies. During the educational webinars, CCRA will cover everything from trending topics to technology to marketing. During supplier webinars, partners will provide product knowledge and get to know advisors.
CCRA’s PowerSolutions Live events have been enhanced with focused themes and more opportunities. For instance, the most recent event was held in August in Puerto Rico. It was the first held outside the continental U.S. and included a fam trip for advisors. Similar opportunities will be offered in the future, CCRA said.
