DePaul women’s soccer (4-5-2, 0-3-1 BIG EAST) searches for a win after drawing with Providence 1-1, Thursday evening. The Friars led DePaul 1-0 entering the second half, but a late connection by senior captain Ellie Mink gave the Blue Demons the equalizer. The set piece was curated by freshman Lea Eisenring after the Blue Demons were granted a free kick.
Butler women’s soccer (5-4-4, 1-0-3 BIG EAST) plays host to the Blue Demons after a 1-1 draw with Villanova on Thursday afternoon. So far this season the Bulldogs have obtained wins from programs like Marquette, No. 25 TCU, and IUPUI.
DePaul leads the all-time series 6-5-2. The last meeting between the two teams took place on Oct. 9, 2022 when The Blue Demons fell to Butler 1-2.
Co-head coach Tari St. John enters her 18th season at the helm of the Butler women’s soccer while Co-Head coach Rob Alman enters his 12th season.
