Attempted carjacking at Love’s Travel Stop in Herculaneum | Police Fire

Herculaneum Police are seeking a man and woman suspected of an attempted armed carjacking at the Love’s Travel Stop at 1199 McNutt St. in Herculaneum at approximately 8:30 a.m. this morning, May 28, Police Chief Sharia Kyle said.

At about 10 a.m. this morning, Kyle said the suspects were still at large and presumed to be armed. She believes it is possible the two are trying to get to St. Louis.

Kyle said a large police presence is in the immediate area.

She advises anyone who believes they have seen the suspects to call 911.
