William Choe has joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in the corporate and finance practice resident in Silicon Valley, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Choe has represented technology companies in a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including stock and asset sales and purchases, tender offers, spin-ins, and divestitures and divisional sales, according to Arnold & Porter.
He has also advised high-technology companies at early-through-exit stages of their growth cycle, said the firm.
