HomeChoice is a no cost six-hour, pre-purchase homebuyer education class for Alaskan home buyers in both urban and rural areas. The class increases homeownership opportunities by educating prospective buyers on the home-buying process. You must attend the full 6 hours to receive your HomeChoice certificate. This class offers six ECE credits for Real Estate professionals. Note: If you are taking a homebuyer education class to meet a financial requirement, before registering, please check with your lender or financer to ensure that HomeChoice meets the requirement.
