It was business in the front and a party in the back — and on the water — along the Youghiogheny River on Saturday afternoon, as the region’s lads with lengthy locks lined up for the annual “Yough River Rat” mullet contest.
It was part of the weekendlong Yough River Rally in Connellsville.
The festival includes a duck-drop race, an “anything-that-floats” contest, a children’s fishing derby and more.
