Seahawks Record Major YAC In Week 10 Win Over Commanders

Walker’s long run after catch was part of the Seahawks gaining 258 yards after the catch on Sunday, with three receivers joining Walker in totaling 40 or more YAC. Wideout DK Metcalf led the team in receiving with 98 yards, 40 of which came after the catch, including some crucial yards that set up Jason Myers’ game-winning field goal.

Rookie wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba led the team in yards after the catch with 53, while Kansas State alum Tyler Lockett was on the receiving end of the go-ahead score late in the fourth, propelling Seattle to a 26-19 lead. Lockett piled up 46 yards after the catch.

The 258 yards gained after the catch are the second most recorded by an NFL team this season.

Seattle currently ranks No. 13-overall in passing yardage (231.7 YPG) heading into Week 11’s matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
