A Guelph resident is celebrating a big win.

Alexander Ryu won the near $1.3 million bonus prize with the Princess Margaret Home Lottery, which comes with a Downtown Toronto condo and $50,000 in cash. The draw was conducted Nov. 7.

According to the Princess Margaret website, this 75th floor condo – valued at almost $1.25 million – is a one-bedroom unit with a den, located on the waterfront, comes fully furnished and decorated, and has a parking spot.

“With an impressive list of amenities, the emphasis is on convenience and fun,” the website says. “The condo boasts a 114 (square foot) balcony with incredible views of Lake Ontario and is the ideal spot to gather before a night out on the town or before an afternoon lounging at Sugar Beach.”

Amenities in the building include access to a 25,000 square foot fitness centre, private theatres, BBQs, a reflective pool, a hammock lounge and more.

The Princess Margaret Home Lottery happens annually, with multiple multi-million dollar prizes up for grabs.

All proceeds go towards cancer research at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.
